Hello everyone! With Wattpad removing the personal messaging feature, we have the following options for collecting your order.
Please understand not all designers will post the links to your orders in the comments and not all designers will have their contact information listed in their shop page. Please tag your designer in the comments of the delivery chapter and coordinate how you will pick up your order with them!
❀ Designers may post the links to the orders publicly, whether that's in the comments of the delivery chapter or on the customer's messageboard
❀ Designers may have contact information (Email, Discord, Instagram, etc.) in their chapters in the shop. Customers can contact them through one of the options to receive their order
❀ If designers don't have contact information in their chapters or are not willing to post delivery links publicly, the manager will send orders through one of our Rose Gold Community delivery accounts. The accounts are listed below and customers can send a message to one of the accounts to get their order. Please only send a message to one account, do not spam us! Customers are requested to include their Wattpad username, which shop they requested from, and the name of the member they requested from in their message
