The scar on her eye was when she stumbled inside a cave where the giant earth worm lives. She accidentally provokes it and the worm attacked her, making her permanently blind in one eye. Her parents brought her to safety, but the worm catches up to them. They brought Amy to Delta and told their eldest daughter to keep her little sister safe as they went to drive the worm away. After a few hours, neither of them didn't came back. Despite Delta telling her that it wasn't her fault, Amy wished that she had never provoked that worm, making her lose her color and lost her song. She gets easily angry whenever someone (except Delta) mentions about her parents
