Chapter 21 { Excursion }

Luna P.O.V

It's been a week since Asher Confessed his feelings for me and ever since we became closer and more comfortable around each other. we are even sleeping together.

Today Asher decided to invite his friend Mason over and he asked me if I want to invite anyone over, well only one I know and I will love to come over is Jenny, obviously.

she tried to play hard, saying she is busy. so I told her there would be a handsome single man here and she said she will be here in no time. I start laughing while looking at my phone.

" and may I know who is a handsome and single man ?" I froze, shit Asher heard me.

" hehe, no one ?"

" Really ?" He said as he walked closer to me

" ok, ok, I told that to Jenny, so she would come. she can't say no when it comes to meet someone handsome. otherwise, I meant nothing by it" I admitted

" that's what I thought, but even if it's for a reason like that, don't talk about other man being handsome, I can't help but feel angry," he said wrapping his arms around me

" you are the first man I know admitting out loud he's jealous. oh! and my dad too, he is so, so, so overprotective over mom and me " that is a true dad is a hell of a deal when it comes to me and mom

" I will be same to our daughter and her mother, don't worry, I might even be worse," he said immediately make me blush

It is too soon for having kids anyways. We heard coughing, make me jump a bit. why am I like this? Before I would know if anyone got close to me anywhere, but ever since I met Asher I somehow let my defense down, which makes me creep out easily.

Asher hugged me as he growled at whoever was in there- wait, wait, wait, hold on a minute, he just growled how is that possible? It wasn't any normal growl, I swear.

" Mason! one more time scare my mate! I will kill you personally " huh? What? Who's mate? What a hell?

" Asher I think you are reading too much fantasy book to call your fiancée your mate you know ?" Huh? So Asher is also reading fantasy books, I pulled away from Asher's hold around me

" welcome Mr. Mason, it is good to see you again," I said with a smile

" oh Luna! drop formality please, just call me Mason " I nodded my head smiling

" Please have a seat here, Asher you too, accompany our guest. I will go check if everything is ready," I said as I excused myself

Everything was perfectly ready I put them on the table with plates and I decided to join them once more. I went there and sat down beside Asher, Mason was sitting on the couch that was facing ours

" So how is life ?" Mason asked, Asher wrapped an arm around my shoulder

" never been better," he said as he kissed the side of my head

" come on don't be lovey-dovey in front of a single person I-" he stopped what he was about to say as his face turned into a deadly serious one. he stared at Asher for a minute before looking over to me

" is someone else here? other than us" He asked, I look at him confused, my phone screen light up from the coffee table, taking it I saw Jenny text saying she is here.

" no, but my best friend is here, I mean she just got here now" In a blink of an eye, he stood up walking outside. I look over to Asher confused
