"Put your hands up where we can see them" a police officer yelled as others pulled up at the scene with their sirens going off

"Say man y'all tripping" I mumbled putting my hands up slowly

"Go get him" he yelled still pointing the gun at my dome from a distance

They walked over to me and turned me around putting me in hand cuffs

"You have the right to remain silent , Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law . You have the right to a attorney. If you can not afford an attorney, one will be provided for you" the police officer said as he walked me to the car

I kept my mouth shut as he put me in the car closing the door

How the fuck ima get out this shit , im just 16 , we can't afford no lawyer and I'm damn sholl not getting a paid by the state ass one

They drove me off to the juvenile center which was not that far away but quite a drive

I laid my head on the window looking at the street lights

This is not where I planned to be tonight

I laid in my cell looking at the wall on the top bunk humming to myself just thinking

I wasn't sentenced yet I didn't even have my trail , I know their waiting till I turn of 18 to give me those 55 years and charge me as an adult

I'm just 15 sitting here in this cell with nothing else to do except for look at the walls and play tic tac toe with the niggas that do community service or some shit Like that

I got a little free phone hiding in the cracks of the wall , but I only use it for emergency's since they wouldn't be kind enough and put some damn outlets in the fucking wall
