We had just walked out of my grandma funeral everybody was fucking laughing and shit with each other

I stood there mugging looking around not speaking to nobody

"Yooo mane when you get out?" My old nigga beenie yelled walking up to me making me smile

"I got out bout a week ago I ain't even see you in thea" I said dabbing him up

"Wait I missed the funeral?" He asked looking around

"Yeah it just ended dawg" I laughed putting my hands in my jeans

"Fuck mane" he yelled making me slap the back of his neck

"We still on church grounds stupid" I said lowly as some old folks turned around

"You Damn right mane" he mumbled rubbing the spot I hit

"Roderick come here" his momma yelled making him cover his mouth

"You in trouble Na sucka Pooh" I laughed copying the nickname his momma always called him

"Sucka Pooh bring yo a..Butt here now" she yelled as Sheronda , Kendell , and teelee stood by

"Ight I'll see you later" he said before running off

I turned to see Sheronda walking up to me making me smack my teeth

"Boy who you smacking ya teeth at I'll knock them bitches out don't do me" she said getting all in my face

"Ight Ight back up" I said turning my head away

"Let's go fa I jack ya ass up on church property" she said as she signaled for Kendell and teelee to walk to the car

"I mean you already cussing and sinning so what's the difference?" I mumbled walking behind them

"Ain't nothing but the damn devil" she yelled making people look at us

I hid my face till we got to the car

She unlocked it and we all pilled in the small beat down car

Promise if I eva get money all the problems we got now gon be gone

"Aye ma can you stop by the post office real fast?" I asked nicely just so she would say yes

She smacked her teeth turning out of the church heading across the street

"Hurry up I gotta be somewhere" she mumbled parking the car

I jumped out running inside with a envelope in my hand and some change

"Say I wanna send this to the juvenile down the street" I said to the lady at the desk

She looked up taking the envelope from me

"Name?" She asked

"For the person or me?"

"You sir"

"Oh umm Kentrell desean Top Gaulden"

"Okay 50 cents please" the lady said as she held her hand out

I placed all my change in her hand making her twist her lips

"You sure this is 50?" She asked mugging

I nodded my head

"Well I'm not about to count all this but okay" she mumbled under her breath putting the money in the cash register before heading to the back

"It'll be sent to whomever in less than a day thank you Come again" she said dryly making me nod as I walked my way towards the exit

Stupid bitch it wasn't no 50 cents more like 20 but it ain't my problem now

I hopped back in the car and we pulled off heading home

Im ready to get inside the booth and see what it is...

I know it ain't long but these chapters aren't really meant to be long honestly this book is like a little writers room fa me ,it's different 💗

But the chapters should get longer as we move foreword on in the plot 😽
