     Before jumping into the real deal, you'll want to improve your arm strength and stamina. Having good arm strength plays a vital part in quadrobics.

     I suggest doing as many push-ups as you can until your muscles are burning. The burning tells you that you worked them enough to start getting stronger.
I would also suggest that you practice pull-ups (if you're able to safely) and wall handstands. All of these exercises will strengthen your arms and prepare you for some of the harder parts of quadrobics.
I recommend that you do them every day (or every other day) until your arm strength has visibly improved.

Make sure you have a safe environment to do them in!!! Do not to push-ups where you could get stepped or tripped on, pull-ups were you might fall and get injured, or wall handstands where if you topple you'd get hurt. Make sure you stay as safe as possible.
