i got up to my alarm, did my routine and went down to greet my parents. after greeting them, i ate my breakfast, took my scooty and went to hospital.

i greeted my PA and went to my cabin, and started attending my patients. and after lunch i came to my cabin to see flowers kept n my table, i went near them and took and found a note, and read it

'to my beautiful to be wife, have a nice day'

i smiled seeing it and then my phone started ringing, i took it out from my pocket and saw the caller id and i smiled to fullest. i answered the call

" hello " he said

" hi" i said

" liked the surprise " he asked 

" ya " i said

" r u free " he asked 

" wait let me see my schedule" i said asked Sheela if i have any patients, she said my schedule is clear 

" i am free, anything important " i asked

" yes, mom said urs and my parents r going for shopping for our engagement, so she said to pick u up " he said

" ok, call me when u reach, and don't come inside the hospital, call me ill only come outside " i said 

" why, any problem " he asked

" I'll tell u the answer when u come , please " i said

" ok , then take care, ill be there in an half an hour, bye see u" he said 

" ok bye " i said and cut the call. i am happy that he didn't ask why and said he will wait. I am happy that he respects my decision.

then i called my PA to come to my room with tomorrows patients details. She came in five minutes

" mam details " she said

" ok, i have important work, so i am going home, my schedule is clear right " i asked

" yes mam, schedule is clear " she said and left. While i was reading then my phone beeped and message from ani ( short form please don't mind) . i took all my things and left hospital signing in the register and left the hospital.as i went out i was greeted by ani.

" hi " i said 

" hi " he said and took things from my hand and kept them in back seat, and opened the passenger door for me. i thanked him and sat inside and buckled my seatbelt. then he came inside and started the engine and we drove off to the mall. he brought Benz latest model oh i love it.

while driving he asked me

" can i know the reason now " he asked and i understood about what he was talking 

" actually, i don't want any one to know before engagement that i am going to be engaged, i didn't tell any one in the hospital, so i don't want it to be an issue.so" i said

" ok i understand" he said and focused on road while i was glancing out side the window.

 after reaching i greeted my  parents and in laws and bro and shreya also came and went inside. we ladies went first and went to dresses shop and my dad, my to be fil and and ani went for men's section and mom said to choose a lehanga for engagement. while i was searching for i got my attention on one lehanga it was beautiful dress

" mom i want to try this" i said, my mom nodded and i took and went to restroom to change and came out 

" wow its beautiful on you, we are taking this " she said my mom nodded and we paid for the dress and then shreya took red lehanga and we went to sarees shop, my mom and my mil took sarees in green and blue for themselves and then we went to jewelers shop for selecting ring and other jewelers , my mom and mil were checking jeweler .

while i was going through the rings for ani. i saw a beautiful infinity ring and showed it to mom and my to be mil and shreya. they all liked it and we paid for it came out and joined men's.

after going through some shops, while we were leaving i asked about my scooty, ani said his driver took it home and then i left with my parents.

after reaching home me and my mom showed what we shopped and then my parents called all my relatives for informing about them about my engagement  and after having dinner i went to my room, then ani called and we talked for some time and i went to sleep.

i woke up next day, did my routine and went to hospital, i gave my leave letter and informed everyone about my engagement and every one congratulated me and my day went like that.

i was in my cabin reading some files, i was free bcs i don't have any meetings today. then my mom called 

" yes mom " i said

" we r going for shopping for engagement, ask Bhavya if she is free, if she is,  then bring her to mall and tell her that her parents are coming with us " she said 

" ok mom " i said and cut the call.

then i dialed her no 

" hello " i said

" hi" she said

" liked the surprise " i asked

" ya " she  said

" r u free " i asked

" wait let me see my schedule" she said and after five min she replied.

" i am free, anything important " she asked

" yes, mom said urs and my parents r going for shopping for our engagement, so she said to pick u up " i said

" ok, call me when u reach, and don't come inside the hospital, call me ill only come outside " i said. i don't know but felt bad , why she said like that

" why, any problem " i asked

" I'll tell u the answer when u come , please " she said and i respected her decision.

" ok , then take care, ill be there in an half an hour, bye see u" i said

" ok bye " she said and cut the call. 

then i informed my PA telling that i have imp work and i am leaving. i got into my car and drove off to hospital. i am happy that she works in our hospital. after reaching i messaged her and after five min she came out and she greeted me and i took her things and asked about her scooty keys and she gave them and i gave it to my driver telling him to take it to her home. Then i opened the passenger door for her she said thank you and i went to driver seat buckled my seat belt and we drove off. then i asked her

" can i know the reason now " i asked, i think she understood what i was talking abt

" actually, i don't any one to know before engagement that i am going to be engaged, i didn't tell any one in the hospital, so i don't want it to be an issue.so" she said

" ok i understand" i said . she has insecurities , i promised myself that ill remove all her insecurities. and then concentrated on my driving. 

after an hour we reached mall and greeted my parents and Rahul also came and women went to girls section while we men's went to men's section,

 while i was selecting kurta i saw a sea green kurta with gold pant i asked them to pack that and then my father and my fil took their dresses and Rahul took red kurta and we went to jeweler shop for selecting ring for Bhavya, while searching i got sight of infinity ring , it was yet elegant, i showed it to them, they liked it we paid and then women joined us. after shopping for some time, she went with her parents , she asked abt her scooty , i said that it safe at her home and then we all left.

after reaching home i went to my room after showing what we brought and after having dinner i went to my room and then called her we talked about some time and then i drifted to sleep. 

next day i woke up and did my routine and went to office, i cant wait for tomorrow , and my day went like attending meeting etc. .
