Love was once smiley gazes between you and I. Hand in hand while walking on sideways, silence with glares that our eyes spoke the language we both understood, lengthy texts and hugs. But then you left I had to redefine love.

Love became rays of sunlight seeping through my sash window brushing against my skin as to warm me up and waking up to stare at my self in the mirror with admiration that everything evanescenced for a moment except for the figure in the mirror. Dusk giving in to the starry nights as I gaze in total solace - solitude, books being read and me hushing my brother to sleep.
