Percy is actually an amazing leader, better, in my opinion, than Jason. He led the Battle of Manhattan WITH ONLY 16 CASUALTIES ON HIS SIDE. Just a reminder, there were hundreds of casualties of demigods on Kronos' side. While this may just be a tribute to the fact that Kronos really didn't care about his soldiers, I think Percy really doesn't get enough credit for being this good at leading such a small force.
Jason just doesn't have any feats that compare to that.

@ 360_Productions I completely agree on everything, except the comparison with Jason. We don't know what he had to face and what resources he had. We DO know however that he had to climb up a mountain, which in on itself is much more difficult than defending a few choke points (as a general rule, I mean)

@360_Productions i agree, though jason did lead new rome against a swarm of titans and monsters, and went sword to sword with one as well at kronos' palace back when camp half-blood was fighting in new york, which is still very impressive

Okay, so I was reading this series called "Keeper of The Lost Cities" and I have.... mixed feelings about it, to say the least. A lot of the time, I feel like the main character is kind of a Mary Sue, but here I am, 8.5 books into the series, waiting for the author to publish the next one.

@_luckyss_ I'd say yes, since it gets a bit better as it goes on, especially in Book 8.5. However, there will be a few cringeworthy moments sprinkled in later books, but nothing too major.
