Francis X Wiget II

I am a father and a husband. I live with my wife, my son, a dog, and too many cats.

My first degree is in history; I am pursuing an MFA at Western Colorado University. I have achieved a CCL Certificate in creative writing. My original historical focus was Medieval Europe; I have since studied ancient Greece and Rome, the Napoleonic Wars, early modern Europe, and Arizona. My tastes are eclectic, and the more I study, the more I realize I know so little.
My tastes in Fantasy and SF are fairly old school--Roger Zelazny, for example--with only some contemporary, like Steven Brust and Katherine Kerr (and my idea of contemporary prolly extends at least twenty years into the past).

I'm a gamer, whether TTRPGs or computer RPGs and action. I have run GURPS, Amber Diceless RP, AD&D FIrst Edition, Paranoia, and Champions. I currently am playing Fallout New Vegas and Fallout 4, occasionally returning to the Witcher 3.
