I don’t celebrate Christmas - but for those that do, keep safe for the holidays.
And I’m very sorry to those who have had to cancel their holiday plans.
I’m not exactly a qualified therapist, but I’m a good listener and I have acute (ongoing) first hand experience of mental health so if anyone needs to vent or talk about their worries without someone interrupting or trying to give ‘helpful but actually it makes things worse’ advice, the offer is there.
We’ve had a serious and very emotional issue arise in my own family and writing has been a good, if mentally draining at times, distraction so I’m happy to share in any grief that others may be feeling at this time of year because of the pandemic.
Or just to talk about happy things because that’s important too!
