          And off the back of this, I'd like to note, that we clearly didn't finish our ONC in time this year, but that's okay. We're going to set a new goal for when we're going to try to complete it by and keep moving forward towards that.
          
          If you're passionate about something, don't be afraid of failure. Don't worry if what you're doing today isn't the best ever, because there's always room to learn, to edit, and to improve.
