I can't really imagine John Dory as a romantic, despite writing Girl, I Love Your Love, Girl.
For those of you who read my JD-centered fanfic HYEBILB, you should know he only dated Blossom to come up with songwriting material (she dumped him after realizing she was being used), and Eliza emotionally manipulated him into a relationship (which only lasted for less than a month).
