Melanie lives and writes in the heart of the country in the only US UNESCO City of Literature. She's a wife and mother of four who enjoys creating bedtime stories with her kids and having them add their own twists.

Melanie writes sweet romances with heroines who need to heal and heroes who know how to express their feelings. She also writes high stakes, steamy romantic suspense with strong men and women who fight hard and love just as passionately.

Her passion also leads her to write gritty zombie survival tales set in the universe of The Walking Dead and sweeping fantasy tales that carry you away to a different world.

She's a member of RWA and a founding member of the Sassy Scribes Writers Group.
