Nightfest

My Name is Brynn, I am an aspiring author and poet hailing from Minnesota. I enjoy working with experimental forms as much as possible and love fantasy, dystopian, YA and upmarket fiction. I draw on my personal experience with with mental illness, gender identity and relationships to create characters that I feel are relatable and underrepresented. 

 I've had work appear in Red Weather, my hometown's literary magazine, PCC Inscape Magazine and Firstwriter's online publication. When I'm not working on personal projects, I enjoy writing with my fiancée. When I'm not writing, I'm usually tending to our menagerie of animals, singing, drawing and focusing on my health.

I appreciate every vote, every read and all feedback. I'm open to reading all genres, but dark fiction, and LGBTQ+ types of books are my favorites. I like romance and my favorite character tropes are the enemies to friends, goofy villains, and characters with bad ideas that are so well-articulated that no one notices how bad they are. I'm not a fan of time travel or space stories, but if you have something you'd like me to read, I'm wide open!
