Happy Friday! It's pissing it down with rain this morning, but I'm just glad the week is nearly over with. AND I didn't have to do jury duty after all! (I was told I needed to serve on a trial and actually went to the court, but I guess the person pleaded guilty at the last minute as it didn't go ahead.) Anyway, looking forward to at least one pub quiz and an overnight trip away this weekend! Hope everyone has a good one.❤️

@ella_rowan oh my goodness - that happened to a couple of places in Scotland last year. Thankfully I was on holiday at the time! Yeah, hopefully that will be me for a while, but they seem to love to select me. *facepalm*

@Pollyf79 It pouring with rain here too! There's floods all over the place, and the road to the city just washed away, so we're cut off from civilisation. The lawn is a rice paddy .... Glad you got out of jury duty, they've got to leave you alone for a while now now!!!!

In other news, I got back from my holiday in the early hours of this morning (goodness, I HATE late night flights!), so I should be gradually getting back into a better reading routine over the next few days.
