@astamasiddika I wanted him to retire with at least 1 century. It might sound stupid but during RCB vs CSK, I wanted MSD, DK & Faf to get centuries no matter who wins cause if one team wins, it will be the last one for other. But none could get it and now DK, MSD, Faf might retire without an IPL 100...

Someone in some random Instagram comment, not directly related to this IPL or this trophy, included KKR in the "winners," and that means the world to me.
KKR had third-best stats in mostly everything (titles, total win percentage, total wins etc.) before this season, too, but it never seemed to be an accepted fact. The first thing my brother said after we lifted the cup was, "Now we no longer need statistics to show people we're the third best" and I think that is the greatest thing we gained this IPL.
PS: MI CSK have always been in a league of their own, and I respect that and never hope to compete with them anyway, so this is the best we can get.
