I've been asked quite a few times what my process is for writing the way I write. It's simple, though. I channel all I wish to see, all that I wish to feel, and all that I already feel for these topics and characters into my books. Crying is healthy. Sadness, anger, fear, panic, anxiety, and doubt are all scary, but very human feelings. Create a world where you can articulate your sadness. Vent. Don't limit yourself in fear of what will be popular. Let your books be synonymous with you.
