My name is David Mancuso, and I am proud to be the Founder of Origins Wellness Group - a pioneering telemedicine mental health clinic serving clients virtually across Florida, Massachusetts, and expanding to other states. As a licensed therapist (LCSW) and certified life coach and relationship coach, I aim to make compassionate, holistic mental healthcare accessible to all.

I created Origins to provide judgement-free anxiety treatment, couples counseling, personalized coaching, and more through secure video sessions. My team of licensed therapists, psychiatrists, and coaches leverage technology to support you in the comfort of your own home. Virtual sessions give you flexibility to attend counseling even with your busiest lifestyle.

My specialty is helping couples reconnect through mindfulness techniques and cognitive behavioral approaches. I've seen technology become unfortunately common in the bedroom - causing intimacy issues. Beyond couples work, I guide clients to manage anxiety, panic attacks, grief, depression, and emotional trauma through talk therapy enhanced by wellness planning. We'll collaborate to understand your stressors and build resilience.

I infuse modalities like spirituality, meditation, nutrition and nature into treatment plans as mental and physical health are interlinked.
