Hi, I'm Rachel :)

Firstly I really love reading on wattpad. I love reading in general and have my favourite authors that I race out to buy in paperback(kindle)  when something new is released but I really like reading stories by people like myself who write for passion and for fun on here. 

Since I discovered wattpad I've found authors I equally love on here and for free I can immerse myself is some truly great stories. Sadly amazon's probably losing book sales with me when I'm in wattpad mode.  

Anyway...

I have been writing since I was a kid, i  remember getting my parents to help set me up so I could write a story when I was about 10. However those stories never really became anything. 

I write when I get a chance, working as a nurse, writing time is often hard to fit in. I don't know about anyone else but the minute I plan to write, all thoughts and ideas run and hide in the far corners of my brain and I'm stumped, however when I'm busy or out in my car or in the bath, ideas come in hoards. 

The first story I'm publishing is just fanfiction. It's my practice piece. I'm very happy with it and it's 90% done and will very soon be finished but I also have another original story that I've been writing for a while.  I'm 27,000 words/17 chapters in, I know exactly where I want it to go but if I'm not in the right frame of mind I struggle to write for it, though when I get in the swing of it I get fingers of fury. I might start putting out the first few chapters just to get feelers of how people are enjoying it but it might not be a fast process.

Other than that I have a folder full of ideas for other stories that I can't wait to start writing eventually and often get ideas at random times for each of these other story plans that I often add so that when the time comes I know exactly where I want them go.
