REGRET. Doesn't it hurt that you've spent so much time on perfecting a relationship with someone. Only for them to throw it all away, leaving you with deep regret for ever falling for that person.
FORGIVENESS.It's not about forgetting what the person has done to you. It's about seeing past it and finding progress in the one who hurt you. Once they've proven themselves and you're ready, you can move forward together. Not forgetting what split you apart, but embracing it and learning from it everyday.
