~Your POV~

I stared at myself in the mirror. Was I really about to do this? It wasn't like this was our first date... We'd gone on plenty before, just this one felt... Different. I don't know how to explain it... I sighed, and adjusted something for probably the 100th time.

"Dude, stop. You look completely fine!" Cian reassured, putting their hands on my shoulder. I sighed.

"There's something off–" I started to say.

"Y/N, shut the fuck up. You look fine. Now, you need to get going for your goddamn date, before I call Ranboo myself and tell him you're feeling insecure. I already know he'd just attack you with love and affection," Cian said. I rolled my eyes.

"If you dare tell him, I'm telling Flick you like zem." I snickered.

"I do nOT LIKE BLU–" Cian yelled.

"Blu...?" I asked. Cian's eyes widened, and they covered their mouth.

"I DIDN'T SAY BLU– I SAID FLICK!" Cian yelled.

"IS BLU THEIR REAL NAME???" I asked.

"UHHH– DON'T TELL THEM I TOLD YOU, ZE WOULD BE PISSED–" Cian yelled.

"You like zem!" I said. Cian's face turned a bright red.

"I DO NOT–" Cian panicked.

"CAN'T CONVINCE ME OTHERWISE!" I yelled.

"YOU BITCH–" Cian yelled, before I heard my phone go off. I quickly grabbed it, and saw a text notification from Ranboo.

"oH FUCK, RANBOO'S HERE–" I panicked.

"WHO'S THE ONE THAT HAS A CRUSH ON SOMEONE NOW?" Cian snickered.

"Fuck you." I said. Cian gasped dramatically.

"HOW DARE YOU– Also, no. You're asexual." Cian said.

"MOTHERFUCKER–" I said.

"Nah, your mom is an ugly whore." Cian said. I didn't know how to feel about that comment– "nOW GO OUTSIDE TO YOUR BOYFRIEND!"

"OKAY, OKAY, I'M GOING–" I said, as Cian started to just– Push me out there.

I walked to the front door, and when I opened it, I saw Ranboo looking... Different? He wasn't in something super fancy, but he wasn't in just a hoodie or jeans. He wore something similar to a previous date years ago. A normal white dress shirt, and some black pants. I think he'd even gotten a haircut? I don't know–

"Holy–" I said, not even expecting him to look this nice I guess–

"I can say the same for you–" Ranboo laughed.

"You look– Good? Definitely like one of our other dates we've been on– WHICH IS A GOOD THING!" I panicked at the end. Ranboo laughed slightly.

"And you look different, and in a very good way." Ranboo smiled. I felt my face heat up a bit–

"Alright lovebirds, you should maybe... I don't know... Head out?" Cian said. I rolled my eyes at him.

"Alright, I guess we should do that?" I asked.

"Guess so," Ranboo smiled.

"I know it's pretty lame, but... I know you aren't a huge fan of big things, like dinners, movies, or anything like that. So... Just a simple park, with a hammock!" Ranboo said, motioning to a pretty big hammock that could fit a couple people.
