In the middle of the night, Ran stays up looking at Emiko, he keeps holding her hand, as hours passed he begin to get sleepy but he fights it he lean on the wall while his vision is getting blurry

When he closes his eyes, he feels a warm blanket being wrapped around him, he look at the person and tears streams in his face

"Emiko!!"

He immediately hugged her, sobbing loudly like a child, finally his daughter has woken up

"Emiko, thank God you're awake!" Emiko pat his back gently

"Dada" he look at her as she called him weakly

"Thank you for staying with me these past days, even though I'm asleep, I can clearly hear you talking to me everyday, and I'm so grateful that you didn't leave me"

Emiko also starts to cry as she hugs Ran tightly, the two of them embrace each other warmly, later on Ran woke Rindou and Sanzu they immediately went to Emiko and hug her

"Oi don't squeeze her!!"

Ran smacks Sanzu and Rindou they immediately loosen their hug but they didn't let go of her

A certain person looks at them in the door while they are busy pampering Emiko, she walks away feeling hesitant about the decision she is gonna make, she can clearly see how happy Emiko is with them but.....

"She's my real aunt?!"

They nodded as y/n warmly smile at Emiko

"Then my mom looks like you!"she exclaim excitedly making y/n giggles and pinch her cheeks

'She got her mom cheerful's attitude'
y/n thought missing her twin sister Emiko notice that y/n kinda look sad

"Are you okay aunt?"
  
Y/n nodded forcing a smile, even after all these years her sister's death still pained her, y/n didn't get to protect Kristina because she was far away, but now that Emiko is here, she promised that she will never let anyone harm her anymore

Time Skip

The trio is waiting in a room feeling anxious hoping that the transfusion will go smoothly hoping for Emiko and Y/n to be safe

A few hours later, the doctor came out and said that both y/n and Emiko are safe, the heavy feeling in their heart was lifted up as they heard the good news, they hurriedly went to see Emiko and y/n

"Y/n, thank you so much for this"Ran said full of sincerity

"It's only normal for me to help my niece, and I should be the one thanking you for raising her, and taking care of her up until now"

y/n gently caress Emiko's face as she feel asleep peacefully

After the successful operation, Bonten decided to celebrate together with y/n, they rented a whole bar

"Dada Rinrin and Dada Haru don't drink too much!"

Emiko scolded her two dads as Rindou and Sanzu had a drinking contest on who is the best drinker, while Ran just look at them and sigh

"Must be tough on taking care of three children"y/n stated while drinking her tequila

"Yeah, but it's okay, I'd rather see them like that than their old selves, ever since Emiko came into our life, everything change our once dark and meaningless life has now had it's value"he stare at them with a warm smile

Y/n notice how the trio value Emiko so much and she's thankful for them

As they continue celebrating a sudden explosion fill up the bar the trio immediately protected Emiko
