Falling For You

~Thirty Nine~

Third Person's POV

Inside a bar, a man can be seen drinking down glass and glass of alcohol. He is none other than Abhimanyu Khanna. After he leave the place he straight went to the bar.

The scene of Mrunali running happily to Abhiraaj and Abhiraaj hugging her back and kissing her forehead keep repeating in his head. Waiter gave him another and he chugged it down quickly.

"Once again Abhiraaj Singh Rathore! Once again you took something I loved! Why does it have to be bloody you?! Why not somebody else? Why not me?! Why Mrunali? Why did you have to marry him?" Abhimanyu yelled and drank another glass.

During high school, just like Mrunali Abhimanyu had a crush on her as well. And just like Mrunali, he wasn't able to tell his feelings because he moved schools. He regretted it. He thought he won't be able to see her again but luck was on his side when four years ago Mrunali applied for job in his company.

Abhimanyu was excited to meet his crush again because somewhere in his heart he knows he still likes her. He likes how she is so sweet and kind. He likes how she smiles. He likes her silky hair, her cute nose, everything about her.

And then one day he got the heartbreaking news that she is getting married. He felt hurt but he cannot stop her. He even got her wedding card but he didn't went. How can he see her getting married to someone else?

Abhimanyu accepted that she can't be her anymore but now when he saw who she married he can't help but be angry and think that why Abhiraaj? His enemy, who took what he wanted the most and now Mrunali.

"You must be very very hurt." Abhimanyu heard a voice and turn to see a man standing. "Who are you?" Abhimanyu asked. "Just someone. You want Abhiraaj Singh Rathore's destruction and I want the same." The man said. "Why do you want to destroy him?" Abhimanyu asked him.

"Some undreadful past. Not with him but with someone else. But if I have to hurt the person I can do it by destroying the loved ones." The man smirked. "What's the plan?" Abhimanyu asked and smirking the anonymous man told him his plan.

{Next Day}

Mrunali woke up with a hand holding her too tight and turn to see her husband looking at her. "Staring at someone is a bad manner." Mrunali said softly in her morning voice. "But staring at your wife is not." Abhiraaj replied caressing her bare waist from inside the t-shirt.

"Hm. Why are you up so early? It's only 5." Mrunali asked after her eyes fell on the watch. "Because you were snoring too loudly." Abhiraaj teased getting a smack from her. "I do not!" Mrunali said and Abhiraaj laughed. "I was just kidding my love." Abhiraaj said.

"Now sleep Abhi don't wake up so early." Mrunali said and snuggles in his chest. Abhiraaj kissed her nose and held her close before both went to sleep again. The next time they woke up they were running late! Getting ready quickly they both went downstairs and ate their breakfast hurriedly before leaving for their offices.

When they arrived at Mrunali's office, Abhiraaj kissed her and told her to take care before leaving for his office. Mrunali entered the office at the same time as Abhimanyu. She gave him a smile but he just look away making Mrunali confuse.

Mrunali then went to her and Sana's cabin and she got to know that Sana has asked for few days leave as she is sick. Mrunali instantly called her and asked her about her health. After talking for sometime she cut the call and started working.

Sometimes later Mrunali was called to Abhimanyu's cabin. "You called?" Mrunali asked. "Yes. Neha, my P.A. is going out for a week and I want you to take her place for the mean time." Abhimanyu said. "Me?" Mrunali asked. "Yes you. Any problem?" Abhimanyu asked coldly.
