"Daddy!" Joey & Joel exclaimed

"Heyyyy, how are my little rascals?"
Mike asked

"I learnt a new word today, Hippopotamus, h-i-p-p-o-t-o-" as Joel was interrupted

"That's great son; tell me have you seen the remote?"
Mike asked

"Cause there's no way I'm losing to Henry again"
Mike added

"Dad, I wasn't finished."
Joel uttered sadly as he walked away

"Alright!!! Now that's how you start off the night; 2 goals before half-time, I'm loving this" Mike rejoiced

"Michael! Michael!"
Renée shouted

"Oh goodnight honey, they finally decided to bench Romiero, Now this, will be an exciting match!" Mike exclaimed

"Don't you dare honey me, and I'm not talking about your stupid ball game"
Renée rebutted

"Not tonight please, if you're mad about the groceries, I bought some in the kitchen so theres no need to get all agitated"
Mike added

"Seriously; like seriously you think I'm mad about groceries right now? What happened this morning is far less important than the stresses I'm going through right now, I'm talking about Joel for crying out loud!!!" Renée said angrily

"What about him?"
Mike asked

"You did not just ask me that. What's wrong with you?! Your son wanted to talk to you about what he learnt today in school and you neglected him like its nothing, over a stupid ball game!"
Renée made mention

"Come on, its not that big of a deal."
Mike replied

"Choosing the attention of a match, over your 5 year old  son is not big of a deal! Who are you right now? Do you even know which word he learnt?"
Renée Asked

"Pssssh, come on Ren, don't say it like that, you know I love my kids and of course I know the word; it was the ummm, Rhinoceros" Mike added

"It was Hippopotamus."
Joel stated, as he came from behind the staircase and closed his room door.

"I don't even know you anymore!!"
Renée uttered, as she walks off to comfort her son.

The night became silent; She removed the ring from her hand.
Her sons needed their father, and she needed her husband.
