“They say that a person’s life is perfect when there’s a blend of care, friendship and love. When you’re careful, mindful and considerate, you’ll lead a good life, surely. But, there are many people who do not have all of this. Or, we can say that they forget about these elements, and they keep running behind the money that they can earn. However, they forget that they can buy anything with money but not friendship and love.”
A young guy is reading the blog post. He’s at his workspace, the CID bureau. He’s Vivek Mehra, a CID officer. He’s known for his thoughtfulness and quick replies to the most important matters. He’s mature enough and gives the right suggestions when his seniors can’t think of any. He’s reading the blog post and his gaze falls on the name at the beginning of the post. He’s just lost in his thoughts when a familiar teasing tone falls in his ears.
It’s Freddy — his beloved Freddy Sir. These two keep teasing each other but they love each other immensely.
“Kya baat hai, Vivek? Itne dhyan se kya padh raha hain? Aur wo bhi bureau mein!” Freddy rolls his eyes at his beloved junior.
“Freddy Sir, aap kab aaye?” Vivek asks raising up from the chair.
“Abhi abhi aaya, par tu itna dhyan se kya padh raha hai? Girlfriend ka love letter?” Freddy asks winking at Vivek.
“Kya Freddy Sir, kuch bhi bolte ho aap. Tasha ne suna na toh….” Vivek says but falters as the said girl’s voice falls in his ears.
“Toh kya? Kya baat kar rahe ho aap dono?” Tasha questions.
“Kuch— kuch nahi, Tasha. Good Morning!” Vivek greets her for the day.
“Vivek, bata kya soch raha tha?” Freddy asks again.
