MELANI PARIS August 21 📍HOME ————
Today was the day niyah was coming home with my parents and I was up around 5:30 because they should be here around 7:00 am and I'm so happy to see my baby
"Bae you look tired " dd said as he hugged me
"I'm ok " I said
"You know you can sleep and I'll wake you up when they get here " dd said
"I'll be good I'm not that tired anyway " I said
"Do you want me to make you something to eat " he asked
"Mhm" I said as I sat on the edge of the bed
"Ok" he gave me a kiss then went downstairs, I teached him how to cook he already knew but not as good as I knew so I wasn't hesitating to eat the food he cook
I tuned on some music and made the bed then I went to the bathroom because I had to pee and then I washed my face and brushed my teeth
Once the food was done I went downstairs and ate with dd everyone else was still sleeping so they wasn't downstairs
We chilled for a good hour now it was abt to be 7:00 and my mom had called me
"Hello" I said
"Hey Melani we abt to call an Uber now " my 𝑀𝑜𝑚 said
"Ok " I said then she hung up ————
"They on they way " I told dd
"Rd" he said
I was waiting around until I heard the doorbell ring and I got happy immediately
I went and opened the door and let them in
"Hi honey " my mom said as she sat niyah down and then hugged me after my dad
"Hey" I said as I hugged her back it's been a while since I seen them
I went over to niyah and got her out of the carrier and picked her up
"Hi mama baby " I said giving her kisses and she started smiling I swear this is the cutest thing I seen all my life
"She gotta appointment tomorrow for more shots so you can take her " my 𝑀𝑜𝑚 said
"Ok" I said as I passed her to dd and showed my parents to their room because half of them was takin by the rest of them
I went back down and seen dd playing wit niyah while she was sitting there laughing he's so good with kids bro
"Aw look at my two baby's " I said as I went and sat next to them
"Go get mommy " David said to niyah and she crawled over to me wit her cute little smile
"That's my girl" I said as I kissed her
Bri came downstairs and almost jumped the rest when she seen niyah
"Is that auntie baby " she said while picking niyah up and huggin her
"Omg your so adorable " bri said as she kissed her cheek then sat her back down on the couch
"When did she get here y'all ain't tell me " bri said
"She just got here not to long ago you was sleeping child " I laughed a little
"Oh ok " she said and went to the kitchen
Niyah was just sitting wit her toy in her mouth you know the one where you put it in the freezer because she's teething
"Hold up I hear a baby " I heard notti say as he came downstairs and niyah started bouncing and shit I guess we know who her favorite is
He picked her up " you got so big niy niy " notti said as he looked at her
I got up to make her a bottle and got my baby back from notti before she turn on me and like him more
I turned on the tv and watched t@gged while I fed niyah she didn't go to sleep right away so I was burping her then I was just holding her in my hands patting her butt tryna get her to sleep and it worked after 7 minutes
I laid her down and made a barrier wit the long pillow so she wouldn't move a lot or fall off the bed
"Dd I got someone coming to get they hair done in 20 so while I'm doing hair if she wake up you got her " I said
"Rd don't worry she good ma " he said
I went down to the basement that's where I have a new set up for doing hair and it's really pretty it don't look like a basement wit all them pipes and shit , I started setting up and turned on some music on the tv to get myself situated
"Hello" I said
"I'm five minutes away " the girl said
"Ok" I said and hung up
I would probably have to wash her hair and I was right once she came her hair was properly washed
"Ima have to re wash your hair so I can start the blowout properly "I said
"Ok do whatever is best " she said
I washed her hair real good making sure I combed and brushed while doing it then once I rinsed it out I started to section the hair and detangle the hair and blow dry it and once it was all done I started to do the actual braids she wanted the Fulani braids wit curls so that's what she got

It came out really pretty and they cost 175 which isn't bad I don't wanna cost to much considering I don't have an actual license yet but people still come to me because my work is good
Once she left I had posted the picture of the hair on my hair page and then cleaned up she had gave me a 100 dollar tip because she's a regular and im always doing her good but once everything was clean down here I turned off the tv and made my way back upstairs and went to my room I had to put the money in my savings because Im still saving for the apartment I wanted so im saving this whole year for it
I went back downstairs and niyah was still sleep so I gave my hands a good soak in some ice water because they be sore but ari was in her part downstairs doing lashes because the basement is big and split into 3 parts one for me doing hair , ari doing lashes and bri does nails now that's three pretty besties who actually know how to do something and make money
