Next Day: In Millitary Headquarters,
Dillian arrived there just like Kyle requested. And when he did, the male agent went straight to Kyle's office.
Knock knock
"Come in"
He heard Kyle's voice instructed him.
Dillian open the door and see both directors inside.
Director Kyle look at him, while Director Gwen is looking at the papers at the desk with stress filled her face.
"Agent wood, we want to talk to you about something", Kyle said.
Dillian walk in and close the door behind him while doing so.
"Is everything ok?", he ask his two bosses.
"Yes", Kyle answered, "and it's something unexpected", he added.
The male agent is ready to hear what they have to say.
"Yesterday, we raid a building", Kyle begin, "then we discovered that the assassins are learning about Director Gwen's personal life", he stated.
Dillian just stay silent, waiting to hear more.
"But it's not just Gwen's-", Kyle continued.
"-But also Sera's ", Gwen interrupted him.
The two men look at Gwen who still look at the papers. She then turn to face them.
"They are targeting Sera ", she predicted.
Dillian still silent, even when he got the information.
"Stay on guard Agent Wood", Kyle ordered, firmly.
The male agent Iook back at him.
"Call for back up if he spot something out of the ordinary", the male director added.
"Please protect her, Dillian", Gwen requested, more like begging him.
Dillian look at her, "I will", he promised with a sharp nod.
He then exit the office to do his job as a bodyguard to a girl.
Later:
Kyle is going out to have lunch after long hours of work.
On his way out, he pass through the control room where he spot Gwen is alone while looking at her computer screen with full focus.
The male director walk up to her.
Gwen notice Kyle's shadow but pay no attention to him and she continue to do her work.
Kyle stood beside her, "don't you want to take a little break at least?", he asks.
Gwen still didn't look at him, "no", she simply answered.
Kyle notice Gwen is working hard to track down these assassins.
"You must not overwork yourself", he softly advised.
The female director stop on what she's doing and let out an exhausted sigh.
"I just-", she try to explain.
"-Worried?", Kyle cut her off.
Gwen didn't say anything nor looking at him, she just nod.
"We both know Dillian will do his work", Kyle remind, "Sera will be safe if he's around", he stated, "he's the best agent we've got", he remind.
Gwen finally look up at him.
