poem to my dad

Here we are fighting again
I can't even remember when we had a quiet moment not fighting about stupid things
My mom told me that it's just the way you show that you care for me
But do you?
Do you care?
Do you mean it when you say "I love you" before I go to sleep
Those three words meant the world to me a few years back
Now those words are the only thing we don't fight about
Those three words are words that you don't deserve saying to me

(My dad is not abusive or anything we are just not on good terms)
