we spent the next day in bed, fucking and watching movies.

after we finished our take-out dinner, Rafe got up and headed over to the closet.

"where are you going?" i asked.

"i've gotta go meet this museum guy," he called. "talk to him about the cross."

"i'll come," i crawled out of bed.

"can you walk?" he smirked.

"i'll manage,"

"clearly i didn't fuck you right, then." he walked towards me, his shirt unbuttoned.

"clearly," i agreed, staring up at him.

he kissed my lips gently and squeezed my ass.

"later," he whispered against my lips.

"now," i reached for the buttons of his trousers.

"we can't be late, J."

i sighed and folded my arms, pushing my tits up.

"fuck, don't do that..."

"don't do what?"

he tried to kiss me again, but i moved away.

"later," i grinned, disappearing into the closet.

i laughed as he swore at me and sorted through my clothes for an outfit.

i decided on a black miniskirt and pink blouse, pairing it with my black Louboutins.

"you look good," Rafe commented as i emerged from the closet.

i raised an eyebrow and pointed at my messy hair.

"sex hair is hot," he lifted a shoulder as i brushed it into a ponytail and added a black headband. "ready?" he asked.

"ready," i took his hand. "can i drive?"

"be my guest,"

i grinned and took the keys to my favourite car off the hook by the door.

the Aston Martin DB11 had been a present for my eighteenth birthday, imported all the way from England.

the engine started with a loud roar and we sped down the driveway and through the open gates.

"so, where are we going?"

"i'll direct you," Rafe looked at his phone. "take this left."

i indicated and cut across the path of a smaller car.

"i'm amazed you've never caused an accident," Rafe looked over his shoulder at the car.

"shut up, i'm a great driver."

"right,"

"yes, right."

"no, turn right!"

i twisted the wheel sharply, causing Rafe to slam against his window.

"jeez, Juno, you can slow down a bit." he rubbed his head.

"this car wasn't made to 'slow down a bit,' Rafe." i stated. "are you okay?"

"yeah, fine. turn right please."

"yes, sir."

we came to a busy intersection and i stopped at a red light.

"i've been thinking," i said.

"oh no."

i glared at him.
