Yuta, Maki, Megumi, Yuji, Nobara Sukuna and Toji sat in the car, on their way to their destination

"Are you sure it will work, Maki-san?"

Nobara asked nervously

But before Maki could answer, Toji grinned and nodded

"I can assure you all that it will work. That woman is vile and would do anything for money!"

Yuta chimed in the conversation

"Yes. I've met her a few times too. She's quite... I don't know how to put it nicely, just greedy"

Yuta said

"I do give you this, woman. You made the right choice. Nice idea. You're not idiots like these guys "

Sukuna complimented Maki

Everyone was surprised. After coming to the school he either insulted everyone or just didn't acknowledge their existence. Let alone complimenting someone

Maki just smirked while everyone stared at Sukuna with wide eyes.

It took them a few minutes to come to the resort they were told to meet her. Toji parked the car and went out to the receptionist, exchanged a few words before coming back to the crew

"She's at the restaurant down the street. Let's go"

They said, walking there

When they entered the restaurant, sure enough she was there. She was on her phone, her white braided hair covering one of her eyes

When she noticed them, she smiled her usual confident smile, putting her phone down

"It's been a while, hasn't it, Toji-san?"

Toji smirked, sitting down the table

"Sure had been, Mei-san"

The said woman smiled back

"So what was such a need that you and the students Tokyo jujutsu high had to bring me here from Kyoto? Must be something important that you even payed for my stay here"

Toji hummed as he gave a curt nod to Maki, who got the hint and started to explain the situation to Mei Mei

"It was actually my idea to bring you here, Mei-san. We actually needed some information and I couldn't think of a better person who could help us"

Mei raised her eyebrow at Maki suggestively

"Is that so? But you should've known little Miss, I don't do anything without a fair price "

It took everything in Nobara not to roll her eyes at this woman. She also met Mei Mei a few times and it wasn't a good experience at all. She hated people like this, who values nothing more than their own wellbeing

"Money isn't a problem, Mei-san. I myself will pay anything you need, just tell us the truth. Other than me, Fushiguro sensei is here too. And Yuji-kun is willing to pay anything"

Yuta said in a very serious voice

"Oh, yes, the only male Kanroji heir, Itadori Kanroji Yuji. I didn't get the chance but Congratulations, young man. You've got an amazing future ahead..."

Yuji just said a small thanks and nodded his head. He didn't know what to else to say

"Okay, so how may I help you?"

"So won't beat around the bushes, Mei-san. I want to know what happened between Kanroji and Geto, Gojo and Nanami. Don't even try to deny it, we've seen enough"
