Chapter 23 ✨

Taehyung and y/n were engaged in a sword fight. As they clashed swords, Taehyung suddenly moved away from y/n. She was caught off guard and lost her balance, falling to the ground with the weight of the sword in her hand.

Taehyung approached her with a smirk on his face, "My princess," he said, bending down to grab her waist and lift her. "So light like a feather. I'm scared that you will fly away by the single slap from the wind," he teased.

Y/n couldn't help but laugh as she playfully slapped his chest and started wiggling in his arms. But her playful attitude quickly turned into frustration when she accidentally hit his hand, causing the sword to come in contact with it.

"Hey, hey stop hitting there," Taehyung said with a chuckle, trying to calm her down.

Despite the minor accident, y/n couldn't help but feel grateful to be in Taehyung's arms. She continued to wiggle and throw tantrums as he carried her inside, both of them laughing and enjoying each other's company.

As Mrs. Kim looked at the couple coming inside, she couldn't help but feel grateful for her son. After all the struggles he had gone through, he finally seemed happy again. Luna walked towards them and stopped when she reached there. "Mr. Taehyung put my angel down," she said in a stern tone.

Taehyung looked at his nonna and pulled Y/n closer to him. "Why, min Luna? You know she's mine," he said protectively.

Luna scoffed at his response and replied, "I don't care. I haven't spent much time with her, and I wanted to spend my time with my angel."

Taehyung rolled his eyes at her comment. "Yeah yeah, whatever," he said dismissively and put y/n down.

Luna walked closer to y/n, and y/n ran towards her and hugged her tightly. Luna hugged her back and whispered in her ear, "You're going to spend your whole day with me."

"Why not?" y/n said with a smile.

As y/n looked around, she noticed Selugi, who seemed to be lost in thought. "Hey, dude, you okay?" y/n asked, waving her hands in front of Selugi.

Selugi looked at y/n and rolled his eyes. "Don't roll them. They won't find your brain," Y/n said sarcastically.

Luna then grabbed y/n's hand and pulled her along with her.

As Luna pulled y/n through the magnificent royal corridor, the air was filled with the sound of y/n's continuous ranting. "That little sh*t!" y/n exclaimed in a huff. "What does she think of herself? If Tae wasn't there, I would have punched her makeup-ass face."

Luna's eyes sparkled with amusement as she looked at y/n and mimicked her words, causing y/n to shoot her an annoyed look. "Stop copying me, Mrs. Min," y/n said, her voice laced with irritation as she stomped her foot on the marble floor.

Luna chuckled at y/n's reaction and asked, "Now what?"

With a mischievous smirk, y/n looked up at Luna, who was lost in thought. "Noona, I have one wish," y/n said, indicating for her to listen further.

Intrigued, Luna looked at y/n, waiting for her to speak. "When will I be an aunt?" y/n asked, her smirk growing wider.

As y/n's words hit her, Luna's cheeks turned a bright shade of red as her mind immediately began to create fake scenarios. "You little witch, come here," Luna said, playfully chasing y/n down the corridor.

Their giggles and chuckles filled the corridor, echoing off the high ceilings and ornate walls, adding a joyful ambiance to the otherwise quiet space.

Selugi had her eyes fixed on Taehyung, who was sitting at his desk with two shirt buttons undone, his hair disheveled, and his attention fully focused on the papers scattered on the table. Selugi let out a seductive smirk and tiptoed inside his cabin, locking the door behind her. She made her way towards him with the intention of seducing him.

As she approached him, Taehyung sensed someone's presence but ignored it, continuing his work. "Tae," Selugi whispered in a lusty voice, trying to draw his attention towards her. Taehyung's head jolted upwards, and he glared at her, questioning her presence. "What are you doing here?" he asked in an annoyed tone.

Ignoring his question, Selugi placed her palm on the table and leaned closer to him, trying to get his attention. Taehyung breathed out slowly to control his anger and asked her to stay away from him. But Selugi paid no heed to his warning and grabbed his hand with a mischievous grin.

Before Taehyung could react, she sat down on his lap, making him clench his jaw in frustration. He commanded her to get up, but she refused to budge. As they engaged in a heated conversation, the door burst open, revealing y/n, interrupting their moment.

Blood rushed through her veins and tears filled her eyes seeing her love with another girl.
Taehyung eyes widened and he pushed selugi.
He rushed towards y/n and tried to hold her hand. Y/n jerked her hand back and said, "Stay away!".
"Princess Lis-". Taehyung said
Y/n ran away from there.
"F**k". He looked at Selugi and spoke, "If something happened to her I'm gonna slit your throat".
He rushed out to find y/n.
"Princess listen".
Y/n ignored him and ran towards their room
But Taehyung ran faster and caught her body in his arms.
Y/n started wiggling harshly
"LEAVE ME".

Taehyung grabbed her waist and pinned her to the wall.
He took her both hands and pinned them above her head.
"Yeah be calm bro". Jungkook said from behind.
Taehyung looked at him.
Y/n struggled in his hold.

As y/n was staring at Jungkook, Taehyung suddenly slammed her hand and spoke in an intense voice, "Mind your own business". Jungkook looked at Taehyung and then disappeared.

Taehyung turned toward y/n and asked, "So should we start from where we have left off, princess?". Y/n, feeling uncomfortable, tried to take her hands away from Taehyung's grip. But he leaned in, kissed her cheek, and whispered in her ear, "Calm down, princess! I am yours. She doesn't matter." Taehyung then pulled y/n towards him and made her sit on his lap. "If you want, I can snap her throat", he said, trying to reassure her. Y/n looked at Taehyung and couldn't help but sniff. Taehyung chuckled and called her, "My cute baby." Y/n, feeling embarrassed, said while pouting, "I'm not cute, okay?" Taehyung smiled and let go of her hands, which made Y/n sob. Taehyung hugged her tightly, lifted her, and took her towards his bedroom.

The atmosphere was tense as a stranger's voice echoed through the room, introducing someone as "the devil who is as powerful as your king."
