Percy

"Ugh... Where am I?"

Percy blinked hard.

He couldn't see anything! Even his hands!

'Annabeth.'

"Annabeth! Annabeth! Anna-"

"I am right here seaweed brain. Chill."

"Oh... Oops"

Percy scratched his hair.

"Errrr any idea where we are wise girl?"

Annabeth mockingly looked around.

"Oh yea I totally know it is super dark in here but I can see every-"

The lights turned on.

"-thing?"

Percy found out that they were inside some big sliver box. Almost as if it was.. a cage.

"Percy..?"

"Yea Annabeth?"

"There is.. errr a.. skeleton behind you"

Percy turned and jumped.

There was a freaking skeleton freaking standing on itself. ITSELF!!! And it wore a suit and a hat. A hat for gods sake. A hat. Did anyone ever see a skeleton with a hat?!?!??!? It is creepy. Just plain creepy.

And it talked

It had smooth velvety voice which would have soothed Percy. But he knew better.

"Don't fear my dear friends-"

"Die!!!! Die creepy skeleton man in a suit and hat!!! Dieeeeeeeee!!"

Percy uncapped his pen and slashed his riptide.

The skeleton looked surprised. It ducked under the slash.

"You can see me as a skeleton?"

It tilted its head.

"Of course I can see you!!! Why do you think I am attacking? Did Nice let one of his skeletons go rouge?!?!"

The skeleton step back to avoid another slash.

"That's unfortunate. I thought no one  could see under the facade. I will go to China and have a talk with her."

Percy went to attack again but Annabeth stepped in front of him. 

"Percy, chill. This is not important right now. We have to find out where we are."

The skeleton nodded behind her.

"At least your girlfriend has some common sense."

Annabeth turned to face it. (Or him?)

"I didn't ask for your opinion."

Then she looked around.

"I guess we are in-"

She was interrupted by a groan. 

"Where on earth is this place?"

A dark haired girl wearing black clothes stood up. Rubbing her head.

"Ugh all I remember is kicking the guy's head..."

She focused to her surroundings then glared at the skeleton.

"Skulduggery! Where did you disappear to? I could have easily caught the guy without you but where were you?" 

The skeleton named Skulduggery tilted his head once more.

"I will assume that you were worried about me. You missed me didn't you?"

The girl frowned even more.

"Whatever. Where are we?"

Skulduggery replied, "We, my dear Valkyrie, are in a room."

Valkyrie rolled her eyes, "You don't know where we are right?"

"I have told you exactly where we are, in a room, now be quiet so I can inform the nice two people in front of us that there is a yellow haired guy with a bleeding girl about to throw something sharp at them."

Percy turned around just in time to see a flash of steel whizzing past him.  

He immediately reached for his pen.
