Agam's Pov
I went towards my room to change for sangeet and I saw Hayat's dupatta on the bed. Hmmmm, Wifey is also in the washroom, let's have some fun 😏
I tried knocking on the door but it opened on its own, I went inside and looked around to find hayat near the bathtub. Her back was facing me while she was facing the bathtub, I stood in front of her and she turned around.
Her eyes were closed and it felt like she was holding something in her hand but it was nothing.
" Hayat " I said in a low tone but she gave no response.
" Babe " I called out again but she was standing still in her place
I went forward and held her forearms to give a small jerk. She instantly opened her eyes and was panting. I cupped her cheeks and her eyes met mine
" Is everything alright? " I asked
" I-I saw something " she said
I hugged her to calm her down. After sometime, we broke the hug.
" Agam, I was in a different place when I closed my eyes. It was a dark room with some writings and amulets. I saw a kid's photo and some girl was staring at me, I don't know what's happening. " she said
" All of these things are telling something, Why don't you talk to nanny about it? She knows you since childhood that too more than anyone else. " I replied
" You are right, I should talk to her " she said and I nodded
" Don't worry, everything will be fine " I reassured her and she gave a sad smile
She was gazing her hands. I took her hands in mine and kissed her palm where my name was written.
" Get ready for Sangeet " I said
" I need to take a shower, so Mr. Cookie please go outside " she replied
" Actually, we should save water by taking a shower together " I said and she made an 'O' with her lips
" But there's no water scarcity, so it's fine! " she said and pushed me out of the washroom! Very bad.
Fast forward
Author's Pov
" Ladies and Gentlemen, I am your host for today's spectacular sangeet night! Tonight, as we celebrate the union of my useless friends, we're also having a friendly competition with our girls vs boys showdown! But amidst all the excitement, let's take a moment to honor the love and bond shared by our wonderful couple. Now, let's kick off the problems and make this night truly unforgettable!" Mishka completed and everyone clapped.
" Starting with girls gang first, here we are! " she said and handed over the mic to akshat.
The lights went dim and suddenly all the girls were in spotlight.

Hayat's Pov
" That was indeed a very bad performance because we are going to set the stage on fire! But still we will clap for you, girls " Akshat said and Mishka rolled her eyes.
Our performance was good!
Let's see what boys do

" You guys really nailed it, I never thought you would be so bad at dancing, Akshat " Mishka said with a teasing tone and Akshat gave a glare.
" Mr. Cookie, I didn't know your dancing skills are so good " I whispered to Agam who was now sitting beside me
" Really? " he asked leaning forward and I could feel his warmth on my lips
I moved away and saw him smirking.
" Alright people, listen up! It seems we've got a little unexpected excitement on our hands. But you know what? Love doesn't wait for the perfect moment, so, I'm gonna invite the lovely couple on the dance floor. Let's dance like our lives depend on it, because right now, in this moment, they just might! " Mishka said
We went to the stage, he forwarded his hand and I accepted it.

The dance came to an end. Agam was moving back to his place when I held his hand, he turned back and gave a questioning look.
I stood beside him and revealed a box.
" So, my love, as I place this chain around your neck as a symbol of my unwavering commitment to you. Here's to many more years of laughter, love and shared adventures. Forever yours, Agam. " I said and put the chain around his neck.
He looked at the pendant, " Aayat " was written on it. He smiled widely and hugged me.
Everybody was hooting and Maya asked " What's on the pendant? "
" Aayat " He replied still looking at me
" Agam + Hayat " I said and she smiled
