Author's POV

On the second day of the trip, everyone visited the zoo, followed by tiffin top, snow view and Naina peak west.

On the last day, they were going camping in the Hidden Valleys of Pangot. Everyone was excited as today everyone would cook for themselves, enjoy the campfire and stay in tents.

While Swati, Aarav and Prisha were allotted the task of cooking along with a few others, Raghav, Reva and Anuv accompanied a few others to fetch wood and the other essentials for campfire and volunteer to set it up and Sid along with Siya helped the rest to build the tents.

Swati had ignored Aarav throughout the trip because 1) she was hurt and 2) she was suspicious of Aarav and Sid. At first, she brushed those thoughts off but the way Aarav casually teases Sid and then their whispering into each other's ears every now and then added up to the thought. And during the afternoon, when Aarav hugged Sid while napping, she was more curious to know what was happening.

‘Maybe Aarav is into Sid. But he's just being a good friend to Sid and helping him woo Siya,’ she thought.

Aarav was still trying to figure out what wrong he did but he still joked around and teased Swati to get a reaction out of her. His attempts failed.

On the other hand, Sid and Siya bonded very well. And Raghav, well he was having the time of his life.

While Sid and Siya were busy setting up the tents with others, Siya felt a strong gaze on her and she knew who it was but she chose to ignore it. She didn't want to cause any scenes and spoil her trip.

Soon, the evening came and it was the most awaited moment of the trip, the campfire!

Everyone sat around the campfire, having snacks, singing, dancing and enjoying it to the fullest. The teachers and the staff left the students alone after ensuring that everything was fine.

“Guys, let's play some games. It’ll be fun,” a guy suggested.

“Yes, let's play the classic game of truth or dare. There's no fun if we don't play that game,” a girl suggested and everyone agreed.

“Let's just take turns randomly, Raghav you go first,” one of them suggested.

“Okay, I choose dare,” Raghav said and everyone hooted for him.

“Alright, I dare you to dance,” Anuv said.

“That's all? So damn easy. Just play a song,” Raghav said confidently.

“Okay,” Anuv said and proceeded to play Fevicol se.

Everyone burst out laughing while Raghav glared at Anuv who was laughing hysterically.

“C'mon Raghav, show us your killer moves,” Swati said while laughing.

“Naach basanti naach,” Siya hooted for Raghav.

“Kaise jaahil dost hai. Mujhe laga tha ‘basanti inn kutto ke samne mat nachna’ kahenge but ye ulta mujhe nacha rahe hai,” Raghav said while making a sad face.

[What goth friends they are. I thought they would say, 'Basanti, don't dance in front of these dogs', but instead they are making me dance.]

“Okay fine,” he said and began dancing. His moves were damn funny but his performance was entertaining. Everyone applauded for him once the performance ended and he dramatically bowed down.

Drama is indeed his middle name.

The next turn was Swati’s.

“I chose dare,” she said.
