i woke up with a massive hangover from last night, "good morning" i mumble walking into the kitchen where ryn, jasir, nario and ki were cooking breakfast.
"morning" they reply with the same tone as i did, "damn we all got hangovers innis bitch?" nario nodded, sipping a cup of coffee.
I grab a mug and pour myself a cup as well, "where my sister and sister in law?" ryn questioned making me cut my eyes at her.
"who?"
"Jhyzir don't play dumb, we all seen how abruptly you left after watching milan and kham last night." jasir chuckled, raising a brow in my direction.
"we just wanna know how long y'all been smashing & since when was you and kham into poly?" ryn tilted her head to the side folding her arms.
"a few months" i mumble rubbing the back of my neck.
before either one of them could respond milan and kham enter the kitchen, giggling in hush tones.
"ah hell nawl" ki narrowed her eyes at khamyri, staring her down. "i know y'all wasn't just...you know what, ima mind my business." she stopped herself.
"since when y'all start bumping coochies?" khamryn blatantly asked, waiting for their answer.
"uh, good morning to y'all too, damn & to answer your question it happened a few months ago, but it ain't none of y'all business what we do." milan shared an intense look between khamyri and jhyzir.
"exactly, now can we please eat? I'm starving." khamyri sighed licking her lips at the layout on the island.
"we gone table it, but me ki and riel need answers."
"speaking of riel, where is she at?" khamyri looked around seeing riel wasn't in attendance.
"y'all seen zae?" i question remembering when i seen him last.
"na not since he called it an early night last night..." nario spoke up. weird.
