27. Who Invited Him?

"Good morning Baby" I pick up Alana, kissing her forehead. I sit back down on my hospital bed, holding Alana against me, a yawn escaping her lips.

"Good morning Babies" Austin walks in, Toby attached to his hip, kissing my forehead and Alana's and I smile.

"Hi Mommy!" Toby waves happily "Is that my baby sister?" He asks, and I nod, patting the spot next to me. Austin sits his down and he gasps, looking at Alana.

"She's so pretty Mommy"

"She is, isn't she?" I wrap and arm around Toby's shoulder, kissing his head "You know" I begin, looking up at Austin "There's two sides to this bed" I wink, and he chuckles walking over to the other side of the bed, and sitting down, kissing my cheek.

"My mom, and your mom are coming at noon and Bella is coming at eleven" Austin leans his chin on my shoulder.

"What time is it now?" I ask and he checks his phone.

"10:30"

"I slept for quite a while" I laugh "And so did you" I coo, poking Alana's nose. She giggles, and grabs my finger squeezing it tightly.

"Aunt Belly is here!" Bella barges into the room, an excited look making its way onto Toby's face.

"Aunt Belly!" Toby yells, hopping off the bed and running into her arms. She lifts him up and rests him on her waist, kissing his cheek.

"Hi Buddy" She smiles "This my new niece" She grins, looking down at Alana "Aw, she's so cute" She takes her from me, sitting down on the chair beside the bed.

"I only wish when I have kids, mine come out as cute as yours" She chuckles, poking Alana's nose.

"It's all because of me" Austin cracks his knuckles, leaning back on the bed.

"Oh shut up" I roll my eyes, and he laughs, sitting back up. 

"So, do now that you have this one, can I get my son back?" An annoying voice says, and my fists tighten at my sides.

"Who invited him?" Bella asks, glaring at Ashton.

"I invited myself" He rolls his eyes.

"Leave" I grit, but he only chuckles.

"I'm not scared of you, you just had a baby. What's the worst you can do?" 

"Ashton, you need to leave" Austin gets out of bed, walking over to Austin.

"You don't scare me either" He rolls his eyes "I know all of your tricks" He winks, and I gag.

"Mommy, who is that?" Toby whispers, climbing into my lap.

"That's a bad man" I whisper, rubbing his back as he buries his face into my neck. 

"Leave, now" Austin says a little more stern.

"No" Ashton shakes his head, and I know by the look on his face that if we didn't have a two day old baby and a 4 year old in the same room, Austin would probably punch him.

"Hold on, hold your baby" Bella stands up, handing Alana to Austin "Puttana" She grits, slapping him clean across the face. I gasp, and Austin's jaw drops as Ashton moves to cup his cheek.

"You people are fucking crazy" Ashton cries, running out of the hospital room.

"That really hurt" Bella shakes out her hand "Like bad" 

Alana begins to fidget in Austin arms, and he coos, laying her head on his shoulder "Sh, it's okay Princess" He kisses her cheek, rubbing her back softly.

"She's going to be such a Daddy's girl" Bella laughs, and I nod.

"But it's alright, I have my baby boy" I kiss Toby's head, running my fingers through his hair. 

"The grandmothers have arrived, I repeat the grandmothers have arrived" Michele struts into the room, my mom following after her, chuckling to herself.

"Where's my granddaughter?" Michele asks, and I point to Austin.

"She's so little" She gasps, and I nod.

"She's a tiny girl" I chuckle, and Austin hands Alana to his mom.

"I remember when you were this tiny" My mom gushes "Like a little baby Rowan" She giggles, Michele and my mom giving Alana their full attention.

"Mommy" Toby yawns "I'm sleepy" 

"Then take a nap" I lay his down beside me, wrapping an arm around his shoulder.

"Woah what? It's nap time" Austin turns his attention to me and Toby "I'm in" He climbs into bed, wrapping his arm around Toby and I.

"I can't believe you did all the work, and they have the nerve to nap" Austin's mom tsks and I laugh.

"Men" I chuckle, and Alana begins to whine again. Michele hands her to me, and I rock her slowly in my arms, her hand wrapped tightly around my finger.

"Well, we'll let you guys sleep" My mom starts "When do you get to go home?" 

"Tomorrow" 

"Well, we can just stop by your house tomorrow okay?"

"Alright, I'll see you then" I wave as they walk out of the room. I look over, seeing Toby and Austin fast asleep already and I smile, leaning my head back against the pillow as Alana falls asleep in my arms.

I love my life.
