Chloe’s POV

I wove my hands through his curls and pulled him closer.

What was I doing? I am kissing instead of biting him. I should stop this, but it feels so good.

Noah grabbed my butt and lifted me up. He kissed me even harder and a moan formed deeply down my throat.

He groaned and pushed me against the wall, breathing deeply. His fangs shot out and punctured my bottom lip.

I winced in pain.

He quickly pulled back, trying to regain control.

He looked up and I gasped. His eyes.

They were completely red and the light was reflected in his fangs.

I tried to escape but he had me pinned against the wall.

“Little girlie shouldn’t play with big bad wolves.” He growled and he twisted a strand of my hair around his finger.

“Let’s play. You’ll be little red riding hood and I will be the BIG…BAD…WOLF” he growled.

He pulled the strand roughly towards him and grabbed my neck. He pushed my head sideways and caressed my neck.

He let his tongue roam over the skin and blew across it, causing goose bumps all over my body.

I have never been so afraid or so excited in my life.

I felt his fangs puncture the skin of my neck and I frantically tried pushing him away but he was too strong.

“Noah. No!”  I cried.

I felt his fangs pierce deeper into my flesh.

I started crying, “Please. You are hurting me. Noah. No! Please…”

I was kicking and screaming but to no avail. It hurted like hell.

I panicked and Silver broke out of his cage to help me.

We tried shoving him, but we didn’t succeed. I was glowing and levitating, but Noah wouldn’t let go off me.

“You taste even better like this.” He snarled.

Then he started drinking from me and I felt my knees buckle. The feeling was overwhelming.

I saw his life flash before my eyes and I felt everything…

His loneliness. Always careful not to hurt anybody. Never knowing whether people wanted to be his friends or lovers because of him or because of his position.

What a crappy life.

His blood thirst was blinding. A constant torture.

I started crying. How could he live like this?

I held him in my arms, trying to provide some comfort in the last seconds of my life. I know he wouldn’t stop. He couldn’t.

I caressed his back, let my head hang back and slowly let go of my life.

Suddenly I felt the air shift. I looked up and saw Dravec hovering behind Noah.

Dravec touched my face. I nodded and allowed him entry.

I felt myself changing as I let Silver and Dravec rage through my blood, fighting Komar and destroying her bonds to me.

My strength returned and I shoved Noah roughly from me. He crashed into the opposite wall with a bang, leaving an indent.

He dropped to the floor, shaking his head to recover from the blow.

He looked at me and I saw the red of his eyes gradually fading.
