It's okay to...

• ... be sad sometimes. 😔

• ... eat whatever you want. Life is full of problems and your weight shouldn't be one of them. 🍭

• ... cry. 😭

• ... be angry. 😡

• ... be lazy. 😴

• ... lose. Nobody is always a winner. 🥈

• ... be criticized. Everybody is. 👁

• ... spend time alone if you want to: your friends and family are important, but you are too! Read a book, listen to music, do whatever you want to do. 🧘🏼‍♀️

• ... love someone who doesn't love you back. It hurts, I know, but one day you'll find the one. Trust me. 💔

• ... be different. People will love you for who you are. 🤪

• ... fail a test. You'll improve, and remember that you are not a number or a letter. 💯

• ... lose someone you though was important. Not everyone is made for you, so if someone makes you angry, sad, or doesn't treat you well, then let them go. 🙅🏼‍♀️
