CH 50 AS I LAY DYING

Note: sorry for the delay, but this was the last chapter so i had to think about it a lot, for a golden ending. Also, during my break a lot of you requested me to post, I am so happy to know that you wait so eagerly for my book. Thanks for the support

Emily's POV,

I was driving, to the human world entrance wall through which Jake took me before when we visited my college and parents, luckily I remembered the way.

I was not worried much about Jake because, I knew he would understand when he will read the note on the bedside table I left for him, explaining things,

I was currently driving on a bridge, which was isolated, as it was in the middle of a dense forest,

No other car was on the road, just mine, I was driving peacefully when I took a turn and suddenly saw a women standing in the middle of the road,

Totally caught by surprise I hit the brakes as hard as I could the car came to a stop just inches away from her,

I got out of the car as soon as it stopped and ran to her,
'Oh my god, Are you okay?!' I asked her,

She looked up and smiled, a twisted smile, she had black hair tied into a high ponytail, something about her just didn't feel right to me, so I started walking back to my car.

'I am in a hurry, I should go' I said as I reached the car door, I was about to open it, when I froze, I couldn't move,

My body started to float in mid air slowly, then in a flash i fell and hit a rock, I brought my hand to my forehead and saw blood,
My vision started getting a little cloudy,

The women walked to me, and smirked,
'Hello Emily' she said to me,
With a swing of her hand, my body floated and dropped hard again, this time hurting my right leg with a deep cut,

'Who are you?! What do you want from me!?!' I yelled at her,
'I am a black witch and well you don't need to know more because, I am going to kill you' she said,

I tried to stand up but fell again,
'You humans are soo weak! Good for me, killing you will be easy' she said,

She didn't know I was a witch too, but it didn't really matter because, my powers were still weak,

She waved her hand and suddenly I felt suffocated, I couldn't breath, I gasped for air but nothing came,

Then it all stopped, the suffocation stopped, I breathed
'Why are you doing this to me!?!' I asked her

'Oh it's nothing personal you see, The Alpha wolf Jason, asked me to kill you to hurt your  blood sucking boyfriend and in return promised me and my friends that when we find the moon witch we can kill her and absorb her powers, so win win' she said, so normally like she was talking about the weather,

One irrational part of me said: Use your moon witch powers and finish her off! She will know that you are the moon witch but at least you will kill her!
But the rational part said: Use your powers but don't let her know that you are the moon witch, act like a normal witch who is newbie, just defend yourself and run!
