The sound of glass breaking catching the attention of the customers while a slap landed on my face..
Flashback
Wonho, the waiter, is serving a group of a rich old women. I accidentally saw that an old woman from the group trying to touch him and speak something which makes him uncomfortable while the other old women laughing.
'Relax Y/N.... Wonho can handle this.. It' s gonna be okay.. ' that' s what i think until i see that the old woman trying to get him to sit with them.
'Manager-nim is not gonna be happy about this.. Wait, you know what? I think i should help him before it' s getting worse.. '
"Namjoon-ah, can you help me with the counter?"
I asked Namjoon, who' s also working at the counter.
He nodded.
"Thank you. I'll be back."
He just smiled.
I went to the table and pulled Wonho from the old woman. Wonho seemed shocked while i just asked him to serve other customers. But, before he could do that, the old woman shouted,
"Hey! Where are you going?! Is this how you treat your customer?!!". She shouted making Wonho freezed at the spot.
"I'm sorry, ma'am. But, i'll be the one who serve you. You can just tell me if you need----"
"No!! I don't want you! I want him!!". She screamed like crazy grabbing the other customers's attention.
I just smiled trying to be polite.
"Sorry, ma'am. But, we also have other customers that need to be served. For that, i will be serving you."
"Are you deaf?!! I don't want YOU!!". The old woman pushed me making me stumble.
'Patient, Y/N... Patient..'
I just said to Wonho to just go and it's okay because i'll handle this.
He smiled gratefully at me before going away.
The old woman try to reach for him but i blocked her way. Her friends has long gone because they were embarassed with the people' s attention.
"Ma'am, if you want anything, you can just tell me. But please, don't disturb other customers. And besides, your friends has already gone."
I guess my words really hit the jackpot because she broke the glass before slapping me hard.
Flashback end..
Leo, who just know about the chaos immediately come to the table.
" What happened? "
The old lady scoffed.
" Your waitress here are really useless. I've said earlier that i don't need her service but she still stubborn."
I could feel Leo's gaze on me.
"Y/N.. Tell me."
"I saw Wonho having a hard time because of this lady. So, i just meant to help him not to be rude to this Ma'am."
"Wonho, come here." Leo speak through the walkie-talkie. After a few seconds, Wonho is in front of him.
"Tell me what happened". With that words, Wonho told him about what happened from the beginning. After that, Leo smiled at the old woman before saying,
