Harry's pov

When I woke up draco wasnt there. I sighed and rubbed my eyes. There was a gentle knock on my door and mum walked in with a sad smile on her face

"Your father is home, I'll get you some breakfast and you can get ready up here" she said. I smiled sadly at her and ran into her arms

"I'm sorry" I said as I started to cry

"Baby you have nothing to be sorry for!" She said and kissed my forehead before saying she was going to make me breakfast. I pulled out my white jumper and a pair of light blue ripped jeans. I brushed my hand through my hair being to lazy to actually try and make it look good. Mum came in and gave me avocado toast before quickly leaving. I pulled out my homework and sat on the floor and worked well I ate.

There was a tapping on my window. I smiled and ran to my window to see draco. I opend the window for him and as soon as he got in I put my hand on his mouth before he could say anything

"You have to be quiet, dads home" I whispered. He sighed and nodded his head understanding and kissed my head

"I'm taking you to school today" he whispered

"Why?"

"Because"

"Great explanation"

"Thank you"

"You're an ass"

He laughed at my last statement and kissed my nose. I quickly ate the last piece of toast and shoved my homework into my bag before texting mum that I was leaving out the window so I dont have to see dad. Draco smiled and helped me out of the window. As we were walking he took my hand and pulled me closer to him so out arms were brushing together as we walked.

"He hasn't touched you again has he?" Draco asked. I shook my head and he nodded

"Did you hear him get home?" I asked. He shook his head

"He wasn't home when I left". I gave a half hearted smile.

"Harry, promise you will tell me if he does anything, anything at all to you okay?" Draco said as he stoped walking and looked into my eyes

"O- okay" I replied. He smiled and kissed me before letting go of my hand since we were so close to school, we both didn't want anyone seeing. He kept by my side all the way to my locker

"I gotta go find blaise and Pansy. You will sit where you always do? The tree?" He asked taking my hand but hiding it so nobody could see. I nodded my head and smiled at him. He smiled back and left

I walked into math but there was only one seat left next to Neville. I didnt know Neville but he was very nerdy. I sat next to him and pulled my book from my bag

"Hello" he said leaning his head on his hand and watching me

"Ah hi" I said back. He smiled and held out his free hand

"Neville longbottom, Harry Potter yeah?" He said. I took his hand

"Yeah" he smiled and shook my hand before letting go and grabbed his pencil

"You and draco seem to be good friends" he said but there was a hint of something in his voice that I couldn't make out.

"I- I guess" i said shrugging. He smirked. We didnt talk for the rest of math. As I was walking to art I seen Cedric walking and jumped on his back making him scream in surprise. I laughed and wrapped my legs around his waist to keep myself from falling

"Someones happy" he commented. I shrugged

"Sorry about the hole draco thing" I mumbled as he wrapped his arms around my legs to keep me from falling since I had started to slip a little
