Ch. 25 "What's happening"

Damon POV

I got a phone call from Tyler and Caroline to meet them at my place at once, when I did I didn't like the news they told me,

"What!" I said

Bonnie, Tyler, Caroline, Alaric and Elena even Rebekah surprisingly was there,

"We tried to go after them but just like that they were gone," Tyler said

I was extremely angry,

"Do you know who it was?" I asked

"No," Caroline said

Bonnie walked up to me,

"I can find her," She said

I looked at her in shock,

"For Sammie," Bonnie said laying out a map on the table,

"Give me your hand," Bonnie said

I held out my hand and Bonnie sliced the palm of my hand letting the blood drip on the map,

"If she really is your daughter your blood will lead us straight to her," Bonnie said

Everyone looked at me a bit surprised can't blame them, I was surprised at first when I found out,

"What.." Elena said

"A story for another time," I said

The blood led a trail,

"There," Bonnie said pointing where my blood stopped,

Sammie POV

My vision was extremely blurry, I blinked a few times, I was laying on a cement floor, I slowly sit up the back of my head hurt extremely,

Then I looked around, there were no windows, and one bit metal door,

I was starting to panic, I have an weird and extreme and weird fear of being in small rooms without windows, it freaks me out since you only have one escape route which is a door, and who knows what lies on the other side of the door,

I took a deep breath and stood up, just as I stood up the door opened, I see the one person I didn't want to see,

"Mom.." I said backing up,

Next thing I know is she back handed hard making me fall to the floor,

Damon POV

I was driving in the car was Ric and Stefan surprisingly, for some reason he's coming along he seems be be coming back slowly,

According to the map, she's being held somewhere on the out skirts of Mystic Falls I'm a wreck, If anything happens to her I don't know what I'm going to do,

"You're quiet," Stefan said

"So?" I said

"Your the one who is always making wise cracks, what not today?" Stefan asked

"No, Stefan because my daughter, your niece is in some kind of trouble," I said

His eyes got wide, oh right I haven't told him that part yet,

He looked at me confused,

"We'll talk about that later," I said as I drank from a blood bag,

Sammie POV

Blood was running down my forehead, down my nose, my lip, my mother and Stepfather really enjoy seeing me in pain,

My mother had a fist full of my hair making me look up at her,

"Why are you doing this?" I said

"Because you never should have existed!" She said

I grabbed her wrist trying to lessen the pain on my head,

...And something happened she started to scream in pain, I looked at my hands they were glowing red,

She fell to her knees the pain that was happening to her wasn't getting any better until finally she passed out,

Then at the same time as this was happening I felt a whole bunch of emotions I've never felt before, rage, anger resentment hatred, I didn't like these emotions but they flowed into me, I didn't like them it felt awful,

"What did you do!?" My stepfather yelled,

"I... I don't know.." I said looking at my hands

He went to hit me, I held my hands up covering my face with my palms sticking out towards him, but nothing happened I heard a groan,

I peeked from behind my hands and seen my stepfather at the opposite wall groaning in pain,

"What.. the hell is happening to me?" I said looking at my hands,

I shook my head running out of the room, I was running down the hallway, when I heard footsteps approaching I had my back against the wall waiting for them to turn the corner as I heard them get closer,

I jumped out and went to right hook them only for my fist to get caught, I see my Dad,

"Daddy?" I said

"Sammie.." He said with wide eyes,

Before I knew what I was doing I hugged him,

"You came back for me?" I said almost in tears,

"Of course I did, I wouldn't ever leave my little dove behind," Dad said petting my hair,

All I knew in this moment is that I was safe, as long as dad is around I'm safe, I felt the tears welling up in my eyes,

"Sammie, are you alright?" Dad said looking at me face,

"I'm okay," I said

"Sammie?" He said

"Can we just go home please," I said

He nodded with that we both left the building, while Stefan and Rick entered looking for my mother and Stepfather.
