As we all unloaded from the flight I walked out into the busy airport slightly overwhelmed by everything but I felt nothing but excited. This is it, I did it, I'm gonna gonna be on a Netflix Original show!
Before I made my way towards baggage claim I decided to turn my phone back on to see if I had any messages from my parents or siblings. To no surprise there was, I had a text from both my parents along with texts and snapchats from both my siblings.

I love when my dad calls me poppy, it's been my nickname ever sense I was a kid, simply because my favorite flower has always been poppy's. They brought me so much joy, so my dad started calling me that one day just to watch the smile spread across my face.
