I woke up to a call from my Mom

"H-Hello?" I mumbled

"Happy Birthday, Baby!" She yelled

"I wish we could be together but I promise I'll visit you soon"

Seconds later Liv stormed into my room

"Happy Birthday Bitch!" She shouted giving me a hug

"How does it feel like to be 21?"

"I mean, I'm allowed to drink now" I laughed

"Addy? I'm still on the phone" My Mom was on speaker

"Hm?" I quickly hung up "Did you hear anything Liv?"

"I have a surprise for you downstairs"

She pulled my hand to the entrance and opened it, revealing a package

I picked it up and read the name tag "Happy Birthday Addy -Love Corpse"

I started tearing up and opened the package, revealing a necklace with a black diamond

Liv slowly walked away but I couldn't focus on anything else but the necklace

"Hello, Addylin" I heard a deep voice say from behind me

"What're you up to today?"

"Honestly nothing" I sighed "I'm just gonna stay at home and watch some Anime"

"I like Anime a lot so I should be fine"

There was a silence for a while

"I could cancel my plans for today and FaceTime with you"
