"Under the dimmed lights, our shadows dance together." ~ FOCUS ON ME [Jus2]

Rosie was reflecting a lot.

She found that rainy days were the perfect days to do so, the gray hue of the fluffy clouds and the distant thunder rolling in the distance creating a therapeutic aura.

She felt like she was changing. Not necessarily in a bad way, but she felt herself dipping her feet into more confident waters. And that scared her, because it felt so strange. She had never let herself step out of her innocent bubble before, but with Jungkook, it felt like she was diving out of it head first.

And what was scariest of all was that she liked it.

She liked feeling a bit rebellious, running around with Jungkook and his gang. She liked cursing without being afraid someone would slap her on the face for doing so. She liked coming out of her shell and becoming a bit more badass.

Being badass didn't mean she was turning into a bitch, nor did it mean her innocent filter was stripped completely. She was still Rosie.

But Rosie was dipping into new depths with a certain ravenette by her side, and she couldn't help but find that exciting.

A loud thunder roll broke her out of her thoughts and she let her chin fall to rest on her hand, looking down at the cars splashing water as they zoomed through her neighborhood.

She had also been thinking about Skyler a lot. It was hard not to dislike her after everything she put Jungkook and the boys through, and she was still annoyed with what she told her in the bathroom.

Someone like her? Someone like her was doing perfectly fine with Jungkook, thank you very much.

And how come Amber had to be friends with her? Nobody else had been brave enough to approach Rosie because she was always being escorted by one of the boys, but she didn't know that. She just assumed people didn't have much interest in becoming friends with her.

So how come the one person that did had to be friends with Skyler too?

"Ugh," Rosie carded her hands through her hair and tugged angrily, letting out a huff of frustration.

Even Ryan didn't talk to her anymore. He had quickly fallen out of touch with her when he realized her and Jungkook were together. Amber was the only one she could talk to outside of the guys about stuff.

Rosie's head suddenly flew upward and an audible gasp escaped her lips, a sudden realization hitting her. It made her heart quicken and her hands to shake, scrambling out of her seat and running downstairs.

"Rosie?" Taehyung calls from the kitchen.

"Sorry Taehyungie, I really need to go," she rambles, pulling on her shoes.

"Woah, what?" he throws the oven mitts onto the counter and runs towards her. "Rosie, it's storming outside."

"I know, I know, but I really need to talk to Jungkook," she says, tying her shoe laces.

"So call him like a normal person!" Taehyung exclaims, his hands coming up in exaggeration.

"Sorry, Taehyungie, it's really important," she says quickly, rolling onto her toes to plant a kiss to his cheek. "I'll be back later!"
