i woke up in the same dark place i did when kai killed me i looked around searching for kai.
"kai?" i shouted
i continued looking for him i felt a hand on my shoulder.
"hello" he smiled
"kai" i hugged him tight
"i missed you" he hugged me back
"same here" i pulled away "i got a spell it gave me a chance to see you one last time"
"yeah figured we should hurry you can only be here so long until you die for good"
"yeah i just had to see you to tell you that i uhm.. sorry it's really hard for me to say"
he laughs "just say it i don't judge"
"i love you"
"what?"
"i love you kai i think i have since told me about your family that day at the college"
"you do... you have?"
"yeah i do with all my heart and soul" i smiled
"this is new to me... i- i love you to sarah mccall"
he kissed me and i kissed him back "heart and soul" he smiled
before i could say anything else i woke up and jumped up isaac quickly rushed to me
"did it work?" he asked
"yeah i saw him" i let out a tear
he hugged me "good i'm happy that you got to see him sar"
"you are? i mean you aren't upset?"
"no as long as you're happy i'm happy"
i hugged him back "thanks" i pulled away and wiped my cheek "we should go" i smiled
"yeah sounds great"

We were driving for about two hours in complete silence until isaac finally said something.
"what are you gonna say?" he asked

"to scott the other hell everyone"
"i'm not sure haven't thought about it"
"well i'm sure you won't have to say anything specifically to malia"
"really?"
"oh yeah i had to stop her from killing scott three times"
"oh god i promised her i was coming back" i sighed
"yeah she said something about that but don't stress out she's going to be happy to see you everyone will"
"yeah you're right i mean sure i came back and didn't tell anyone sure i might have to explain things to them which isn't going to be easy and sure-" isaac cut me off
"woah sarah calm down it's going to be fine"
"yeah no i'm calm i'm completely fine" i said awkwardly
"yeah totally fine" he laughed
