| You do not have the power to liberate your life from tribulations. |

But you do have the power to surmount them.

The real blunder I have ever taken was believing that avoiding troubles was the key to attaining peace. I sought not to follow any kind of trouble for long enough to recognize that these troubles had always followed me. My life has been painted black by anger, brown by loneliness, and gray by sorrow. But also, hope has painted it pink, love has painted it gold, and happiness has painted it yellow. These adversities, I realized, do add color to your life, even if the hues are not the most appealing. It adds a touch to the canvas within you, allowing you to see what kind of art you are becoming.

Troubles do not require us to avoid them to attain peace but attain peace despite these troubles for us to require overcoming them.
