You were being marched into the execution center somewhere in Tartarus.

You had been silent the whole journey here.

Was this really how your life was going to end?

You thought back of how All for One saved you, how you and Shigaraki became siblings, how you would good off with the league.

How you and Hawks spent time together.

"On the bright side, I get to see Magne." You thought to yourself.

As you were brought in, you saw no one else but the hero Snipe.

"Damn those guns look sick." You called out.

You were disappointed that Hawks wasn't here.

But it's better, you didn't want him to see you like this.

"Would you prefer to be blindfolded?" One of the guards asked.

"Nah, j hate getting blindfolded." You said.

The guard shrugged and walked away.

You nervously watched as Snipe loaded his gun.

"Damnit, I won't be able to make cookies for Kurogiri." You thought.

Snipe raised his gun and aimed at your head.

A sudden commotion was heard, you glanced at the direction.

It was Hawks, with tears in his eyes. His feathers were going towards you.

Snipe pulled his trigger.

You fell dead.

Hawks froze.

"Y/N! NO!" He yelled as he ran forward.

Despite the guards, he broke through and held your bleeding body towards him.

"No no no no, please wake up." He muttered as he brushed some stray strands of hair from your face.

"Y/N, WAKE UP!" He yelled as he shook your still body.

"Step aside Hawks." Snipe said as he took a few steps forward.

"NO! STAY AWAY FROM US!" He yelled, his feathers pointed at Snipe.

Snipe took a few steps back.

The League had just arrived, they peeked over from the roof of the building, only to see Hawks hugging your body and crying.

"Y/N-" Shigaraki began to yell but Mr. Compress covered his mouth.

"Quiet! There is a whole bunch of heroes here!" He hissed.

Shigaraki tried to fight against Mr. Compress, but failed. He just collapsed, sobbing.

Dabi stared in shock at the scene before him.

He and Hawks made eye contact.

Dabi turned away.

"W-where are you going Dabi?" Twice asked.

"No point standing here and crying. If we want to avenge Y/N, we need to be strong." He replied.

One by one the League slowly left.

10 years later

"3, 2, 1, action!"

"Hello everyone, today we are having an interview with the retired hero, Hawks!" An interviewer said.

Hawks smiled at the camera.

"Now tell me Hawks, how does it feel to retire? Do you feel uneasy that you aren't on the job anymore?"

"Well, ever since I took part in the war with League along with the students of class 1A at that time, I saw how strong they were for 16 year olds. I don't feel uneasy at all, knowing that Japan is in these young heroes' hands." Hawks replied.

"Is there anything you plan to do now that you have retired?" The reporter asked.

"I want to just chill in my home and live my life like a normal citizen." Hawks shrugged.

"Do you plan to settle down with someone?"

Hawks paused.

"10 years ago, I fell in love with someone. She was misunderstood by many people but when I got to know her, I learned something different about her. Unfortunately, she passed on. Ever since then I haven't found myself ready to love someone again so no. I don't think I will be starting a family any time yet." Hawks replied.

"I'm sorry for your loss." The reporter said.

"It's okay, it has been 10 years now." Hawks shrugged.

"Would you mind telling her name?" The reporter asked.

"...Y/N, her name was Y/N L/N"

"That name sounds similar to the famous villain Virus, except we never knew her last name." The reporter pointed out.

"I get that a lot when I am asked that question." Hawks shrugged.

"But she was a lot alike to Virus."
