Bellas pov:
Today is not my day, not only did some people make fun of my truck, but I accidentally hit a guy on the back of the head with a volleyball.
Walking into the cafeteria, I sigh as I sit down and then the others join me.
"Hey Bella!" One of the girls says as she sit down
"You're.. umm Leah's friend, right?" I ask her "Jes-"
"Jessica, yeah" she says as she smiles
Just then Mike comes and sits in between us
"Have you met my home girl, Bella?" One of the guys on my left says
"You're home girl?" Mike asks as I sit there uncomfortably
"My home girl" Another guy says as he kisses me on the cheek and then runs off as Mike chases after him
"Wow, it's like sixth grade all over again" Jessica comments "you're the shiny new toy"
"Umm... hey, do you know where Leah is?" I ask, trying to change the subject
"Oh, Leah sits with the Cullens at lunch" She says
"Who are the Cullens?" I ask just as the door opens to the hall again
"Looks like you're about to find out" She says as she smiles at me looking at them. "The little blonde haired girl is called Rosalie and the big dark haired guy is Emmett and they're like together, like together together, I'm not even sure that's legal" She says
"Jess they're not blood related" Angela points out
"I know, but it's weird" She carries on "oh umm that's Alice, the little one with dark hair, everyone used to think that she was going out with Jasper, She's really weird" She says as I see Leah walk in with a guys arm around her and she laughs at Alice as she spins her around. "Jaspers the one who always looks in pain and he's with Leah, but of cause you know Leah" She says as they all sit down and I sigh as I see one more of them walk in.

Leah's pov:
After the end of my Maths class, I sigh as I see Jasper waiting for me outside the room. I hold his hand as we make our way down to the cafeteria and we meet up with the others
"How was your class, Leah?" Alice asks
"Hard... and not just the math" I say as I rub my head and Jasper squeezes my shoulder in an attempt to help me stay in control
"You'll learn, we all did, the blood lust just takes a year or two to fade" Jasper says, trying to be reassuring
"That's just it, Jaz, I don't think that I can last a year or two" I admit "I even had trouble controlling myself when I hugged Bella yesterday" I say as he hugs my side and we walk into the hall.
Rosalie and Emmett go in first and I see them both tense and I raise an eyebrow.
I walk in with Alice and Jasper after them and that's when I hear it, it's Bella and Jessica, they're talking about us.
"That's Alice, the little one with the dark hair" Jessica starts "Everyone used to think that she was going out with Jasper" She says and if I could blush I would be doing so, remembering how I thought the same, I spin Alice around as I laugh at her "She's really weird. Jaspers the one who always looks like he's in pain and he's with Leah, of cause you know her" She finishes as we sit down.
My laughter falls as I glance at the food in front of me.
My stomach aches in protest. Because I only got turned 3 months ago, I still can only drink blood, because food turns my stomach.
Jasper senses my anxiety, not just from him having a gift, but because its obvious.
"Jaz I can't eat this" I say as I gag just by looking at the lunch ladies concoction
"I know, Darling, but you have to at least eat a little bit so it looks like we are eating something" He says
I look at Edward and he shakes my head, reading my mind
"No, absolutely not, I'm not eating yours" he says and I groan as they laugh.
